Homemade Doggy Chili

- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 carrots (chopped)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup low sodium beef stock
- 1 can corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook the pasta according to the instructions no the packaging. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
Add the coconut oil, carrots, tomato paste, beef stock, corn and cream cheese to the beef and cook for an additional 5 minutes. The tomato paste and cream cheese will soften during cooking, making it easy to mix all of the ingredients together.
Transfer this mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake this doggy chili recipe in your 350° oven for 30 minutes.
