Her Puppies Didn’t Make It, But You Gave Tabitha and 116 Other Dogs a New Life

Thanks to a grant from GreaterGood.org funded by the iHeartDogs.com community, Tabitha received a second chance at life.

She was found under a trailer with a litter of newborn babies that were all deceased. She entered the municipal shelter in Jefferson County, TN, on December 7, 2018. Three weeks later she was taken in by Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter in East Hanover, NJ, on a December 27, 2018, transport. Tabitha has a bright future, and there will be no more puppies for her!

Peaceful Kingdom

When we tell you that each item in the Second Chance collection funds miles of transport for shelter pets, we don’t meant just one pet – each transport carries multiple passengers to safety! These pets leave behind the uncertainty they face in high-risk shelters, and find all the time they need to get a home of their own in no-kill facilities! See the Second Chance collection in the iHeartDogs store to help save lives like Tabitha’s!
